The glass is certainly half-full for Plymouth 400 Inc. Executive Director Michele Pecoraro.
Pecoraro appeared before the Board of Selectmen Tuesday to provide an update on the progress of Plymouth 400′s plans for Plymouth’s 400th anniversary commemoration in 2020. Pecoraro provided a long list of accomplishments, milestones and pending announcements and dismissed concerns about the state’s unsteady financial support.
